Wind Song Montessori Preschool was established to meet the needs for high quality education and early childhood development for parents in the Canton and surrounding communities. Our goal is to empower students to achieve their full potential; intellectually, spiritually, and physically, by creating an education environment based on the Montessori method.
Programs
The Montessori philosophy of learning is based on the belief that each child possesses an inner power that motivates them to seek out specific activities and interactions. The purpose of the Montessori classroom is to create a “prepared environment” where the child is free to discover and advance his or her unique power while disciplined enough to stay focused on a specific series of task. With this enlightened approach, learning becomes “a complex process of making sense of new information through reflection and interaction”.

Wind Song Montessori is a single classroom school, where your child's educational development is paramount in the Teachers passion to develop young minds into tomorrows leaders. She constantly strives to provide her students with the educational foundation and academic tools, that gives them a head start in their quest of learning.
Mrs. Madeleine Finn has over 20 years of experience in the Montessori teaching profession and has been certified in both domestic and international Montessori education programs.
